Righthand is an AI-powered goal achievement assistant that provides personalized coaching, planning, and accountability support via text messaging. The Service may connect to third-party applications and services with your permission to help you achieve your goals.
3. Account Registration
To use Righthand, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
Righthand is offered as a subscription service at $30/month (billed monthly). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund.
When you use Righthand to complete transactions on your behalf (such as booking travel, ordering food, or making purchases), a service fee of 1% of the transaction value may be applied. This fee covers the cost of facilitating and processing these transactions through our platform.

You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the Service to harm, harass, or deceive others
6. AI-Generated Content
Righthand uses artificial intelligence to provide coaching and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or be incomplete. The Service is not a substitute for professional financial, medical, legal, or mental health advice. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.
7. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party applications (calendars, financial apps, etc.) with your permission. We are not responsible for the functionality or security of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

All content, features, and functionality of Righthand are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Righthand and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
